general information

gift certificates

Gift Certificates may be arranged by phone or email, and will be gift wrapped and delivered by post or courier as required. Gift Certificates are available for all treatments and products.

new clients

We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your services so you can change into the appropriate attire and relax before your treatment. Late arrival will mean your treatment time will be customised.

bookings

Bookings are essential for all treatments. Credit Card details or alternatively a monetary deposit of 50% of the treatment value is to be provided for all treatments exceeding one hour at the time of booking. If using a Gift Certificate, please quote your Certificate number at the time of booking and present your Certificate prior to your treatment.

payment

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and EFTPOS for treatments and products over $20.00.

cancellations

Cancellations and/or rescheduling of appointments require 24 hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

attire

Your modesty during treatments is taken into consideration - during all body treatments we will provide you with disposable undergarments and your therapist will professionally drape you. We recommend open toed shoes are worn when you are having a pedicure.

etiquette

Please ensure all mobile phones are switched off prior to entering the spa. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
